Stephan, Managing Director & CIO.
Drawing on over 25 years of real-world experience, Stephan has a deep understanding of the challenges facing businesses today. Prior to establishing BizMetrics, he has held senior marketing and business development roles with Sony, Wolters Kluwer, Fujifilm as well as professional firms in both B2B and B2C spaces. Stephan holds a Specialist BA in Economics, Commerce and Political Science from the University of Toronto. A key theme throughout his career has been devising and managing the marketing and business development process as well as leading teams in high pressure and challenging environments. Stephan is a highly motivated, detailed professional who excels at developing business from the ground up. Consistent in driving innovative, cost-effective marketing strategies, he is known for establishing a solid rapport with customers by creating an atmosphere of trust and respect in all relationships. Stephan has been active in the community, volunteering his expertise to a number of organizations throughout his career: from Treasurer of the University of Toronto Student Economics Club, elected Employee Representative on the SONY Pension Plan, past Board of Directors with Kawartha Health Care Initiative, Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes and Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Credit Counselling Services / Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services.
Franz, Manager European Markets.
Based in Vienna Austria, Franz manages the day to day European client operations. He brings construction, printing, automotive, chemical and warehousing & distribution industries expertise to our team with true international diversity. Enthusiastic and high motivated, able to cultivate high-performance results allowing our clients to reach full potential. Nicknamed "the trouble-shooter", Franz is a skilled negotiator and influencer applying his wide skillset to solve your most critical business challenges.
Michelle, Digital Media Manager.
Michelle has 20 years of experience working in different roles and industries, including education, engineering and construction. She has extensive experience in marketing, graphic design, content development and proposal management. She has both hands-on and management experience, and has held several senior positions as a business proposal specialist, marketing and operations manager, consultant and education lecturer. Many of her marketing and business development initiatives have led to securing contracts for companies and winning national awards. During her career in proposal management, Michelle successfully led proposals for projects valued from $1 Million to over $100 Million. Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Canada West, Vancouver, BC. She is also a Certified Associate of Project Management from the Project Management Institute, and she holds other certifications in writing from Vancouver Community College and graphic design from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Tim, Content Manager.
Tim has a rare gift of the gab and excels at developing specialized content for a wide range of our clients including law firms, medical practitioners, accountants, engineers and architects. With a background in journalism, he enjoys producing this unique content to help our clients effectively communicate their messages to the right audiences.
Paula, Designer & Operations Manager.
As an honours graduate of Ontario College of Art & Design, Paula brings flair and the importance of style, designs and process to the team. She is also responsible for making sure the back office runs smoothly and efficiently to provide exceptional service to our clients.
